As My subject suggests id like to know what is the best dongle you can find at the cheapest price and from where i would buy it!

Ebay is the best place. Doesn't really matter what dongle you get. Unless you want to look far into the future, in which case get one with 100m range as that will be better with future generation phones. Mine was about £15 on ebay, came with software 30mrange and works fine with Phone, PDA and laptop.

Postage is the only thing to look out for with bluetooth dongles as many are posted from japan etc, so postage is high, but the total price will still be less than buying from a shop. Though i am guessing you live in the UK, might be different prices in shops in other countries.

and btw does the dongle you have (the 1 from play) come with a top? it would be better coz once 2 much dust got into a usb port on one of my devices and it just stopped working! Well thnx 4 all your help every1. byez

The Sitecom one from Play doesn't come with a cover, but I've not had any problems as I tend to leave it plugged in all the time.
