Does anyone know how I can view the calendar as the background, when the flip is closed? Ideally I’d like to see my daily appointments as the screen saver.
This functionality is standard on the Windows Smartphone devices.
Any suggestions?

it cant be done. the best u can do is get handyday or tracker. there is a few different apps that wil do thise but i use tracker. i dont use myflip. i removed it coz its much more accessable n fits in your pocket better

Try the new AquaCalendar. it works with the flip closed. If you never close it I guess it would work.

As posted elsewhere, my solution was, if you insist on using the flip, to drill a tiny hole into the sensor bump on the flip, that presses the pin on the phone, so the phone can't tell when the flip is open or closed.
Then, you can use the flip all the time, open or closed, and I created a Tracker skin that shows all appointments, sms, tasks etc, with flip closed. Closest i got to Smartphone homescreen - tracker still needs a few extra functions, but despite loving the p900, i miss homescreen from SPV!
