I'd e-mail that guy from the first S700 you posted to, and ask him for more proof, as you know it isn't out for at least another 5 months

I'd say that first S700 auction for 100 S700 is a hijacked account.
looking at the other auctions of that seller I haven't seen another mobile phone
also he is selling 100 in a 1 day auction but again looking back at past auctions they are all3 days or more
not to mention that S700 isn't available yet anyway, except for a few prototypes of course
the K700 auctions haven't finished yet so you can't really say they are cheap until you see the end price as it will go up as the auction nears the end
all in all people keep posting ebay auctions here and asking if its a scam and my answer is if you have any doubts then don't do it. simple rule which has worked for me

not sure bout the k700's but the s700's are obviously scams.
Whenever the seller gives you an address to contact them in the item description then it means its a hijacked account..often you'll find that if you use the 'ask the seller a question' feature, then the genuine account holder will reply back saying he doesnt know anything about any phone.
If the item description asks for you to contact them at a different address with some excuse like 'my first address isnt working properly' then its a scam.
Oh and make sure you report those who are selling information, as it aint allowed and it should mean that those scammers aint too happy at the end of the day whn they find they're account has been suspended

The last S700 one will be a link to 4 matrix sites, so don't bid on that one, since I could give you over 50 for free easily so I wouldn't go pay for them.
