It.s a misteryous and really annoying happening on my p800 since yesterday. my phone crashes when somebody tries to call me. it rings as usual but when i try to pick up it suddenly crashes and gives me the 10second reset warning. i dont know what.s wrong with it and i.m desperate. anybody know why this keeps happening. (the caller tells me that network indicates my phone is off)

Make a backup and restore and see if that makes a difference.
If it doesn't, hard reset and then sync.

dunnow, fact is, true, it only happened (coincidence???) with one particular contact. but i have deleted it after this issue happening twice. reentered it with no pic, just no. it crashed again... i.m puzzled. guess i.ll have to restore a previous backup dammit. cheers

Could it be a corrupt ring tone? What button are you using to answer? Could be another app has it reserved for something.

i.ll try the corrupt ringtone hypothesis.
i have not keypmapped any app so its xcluded. cheers (ps. i used both jog dial and touch screen)
