i was just on the phone to vodafone... i asked about the k700 and they dont know wen they will be getting it because it hasnt even been annouced for vodafone australia yet and wen it is they go thrue a obout 6 months of testing with it she said... wtf???
oh and then at the she said it probly hasnt been announced yet cuz theres a better "value" fone out atm...

I rang up Sony Ericsson Customer Service yesterday, she said K700i gonna to release in Australia either end of this month or early of next month. Price range is about A$750 to A$850....

Im pretty sure that in the first or second week of july the K700i will be available well thats what most of the online shops and other sources have told me.

well fingers crossed it will be released by end of this month, most of the other countries have it already. but what gets me is why some mobile phone places haven't even heard of the k700i. you think SE would of told them about it by now. oh btw the coming soon has been taken off the SE Australia page. still contemplating if i should get the z1010 or k700i but really comes down to my budget.
