I have a d-link dbt-120 BT I can't get working.
When I try to connect to My P900 (or anything else) It keeps asking me for my security key.
I have aqquired my security key from d-links website, but the app keeps saying that no sec.key is entered.
I remember that I got it working on antoher time, but then I had another version of Widcomm software which did not require sec.key.
Does anyone have a solution to this prob. or knows where I can download the other version of widcomm sftwr.
Thnx!

I have always used a dbt-120 and been 99% successful with it, so lets see if we can get this working
The biggest issue I had with the security key was that after typing it in, the focus of the button was still on Cancel, so if you typed it and pressed enter, it would quit the install. That one really confused me as I was getting it working on numerous desktops, but not on laptops (where I was pressing enter rather than using lame touchpads to press OK).
The only reference I have with the current driver is: "dbt120_driver_141" which I think it still the latest, and apart from the call-back issue which I think is fixed with the px00 it's faultless.
I'd suggest a complete removal (take the dongle out when it asks you to), then restart, then reinstall (putting the dongle in when it says) making sure it accepts the security key then.
Let us know how you get on

But whilst looking for newer drivers I've just spotted on DLink's webpage:
FAQ:
I entered my security code when I installed my DBT-120 Software but when I try to use my Bluetooth adapter I get an error saying my Security code is wrong. How can I fix this?

I figured it out now
I installed Widcomm version 1.4.1b 6a instead of 1.4.1b 6, and now it's working like a charm!
I also tried version 1.4.2.10 but that version said that my adapter was not licenced to this software.
Thanx for yer replies:)
