It's now finally official . . . Gloria Macapagal Arroyo wins the presidential race, while Noli De Castro took the vice-presidential post in the just recently concluded May 2004 Polls in Manila! The news just in as of presstime - 3:20 am/June 24th/local time. The politicians managed to beat the June 30th deadline!
