I have just brought my K700 on an O2 tariff. My only problem is that i havent a)received an email to confirm my order. And b)I cant find the delivery status in my O2, if anyone knows where it is and could maybe send me the link and i could try and log into it that way. Ive read a few people have problems with the o2 delivery etc, should i be worried, i ordered it last night and still nothing in my inbox

I ordered mine on the thursday it came out from 02 online, and recieved it on the following monday.

You should have recieved a user name and password, you can use that to log into the 02 site and view your bill.

I have had no problems as of yet, phone is fine etc

So nothing bad to say about 02 from me

Up until today i would have had nothing bad to say about o2 online either!

But they have really wound me up now! I was told by them last week that I would be eligible for upgrade today, and that the price (£29.99) would be the same as for a new contract (seeing as i am signing up for a new 12 months).

They have just quoted me a price of £59.99, with no other incentive to upgrade.. I think I might be cancelling my contract with them very shortly. Only trouble is that means I have to wait a whole 30 days before I upgrade

Just phoned CPW/O2 too.

The only thing they could offer me was 1/2 price line rental for 6 months and the K700 on upgrade for £100!

Obviously not that desperate to keep me on then.

Moving to Orange.
Phone £49.99
Bring a Friend. £50 credit for me £25 for my friend.
YP 120 £25ppm 120 mins and 250 Txts!

i had the same prob as the initial poster. my phone still came. just ring them, the delay with new people seems to be the credit check.

Well.. I phoned o2 again and asked to disconnect...

It must have shocked them into action. I have still had to pay the £59.99 upgrade charge, but i have managed to reduce my monthly bill from £25 to £15 for 6 months, and then it goes to £20 for the 2nd 6 months.

So I am relatively happy.. I'm just dreading the landline bill now, tho i rang the 0870 number not the premium rate 09...!

don't worry about not getting the email i never recieved it either.

Just log onto the site, then on the left hand side menu, click MY 02, then click VIEW MY BILL, it will appear after clicking MY 02.

Then on the right of the screen there should be a link that says VIEW MY ORDER, click that and that will show the order number etc. Click on the order number and that will give you more details such as time the order was placed, when the order was sent to the warehouse, and will be updated to say when the order has been dispatched.
