I have a K700i and im in the UK on an O2 contract... I can send MMs to other people in the UK, but everytime I try to send one to a friend in Ireland who is on Vodafone Ireland, it says "Sending failed... Service not Available"

This person has recieved MMS from other people in Ireland before, but I dont think anyone from the UK has tried sending a MMS to my friend...

Is there a known problem sending MMS between countries?

Thanks..

i have similar problems. i have tried to send a pic to a friend in italy (not sure about the network) and some in cosmote and vodafone in greece. i don't get any errors but nothing happens on the other end.

one more thing is that when a friend send me a pic from greece (cosmote... pay as you go or something and SE z600) i just received a text msg with a username and password to see the pic on the web.

btw... i'm with vodafone uk

Yes - there are known problems sending mms betweeen different operators even within the same country - more so between countrys.

@orangeman

Do you have any idea of when Orange and 3 might sign a deal allowing MMS?
