basically on the data tariff, now at £10 a month, my contract expires end of aug argghhh,,, but anyway, if i change my tariff to YP120 for august, will i be able to upgrade cheaply to the k700 based on upgrade price currently £50 for YP120 or above? and also do i have to stick with YP120 for 6 months b4 lowering my tariff or can i do it for the next month ie switch back to data tariff?
as orange doesnt state when you can lower your tariff when u upgrade.

well, from my experience, orange base your upgrade price on your average spend over the previous 3 months. But, once you have upgraded, you can change down immediately with no penalty. I have done this several times. However, this might have changed, so maybe someone like orangeman could confirm/deny this.
