Hi!

Maybe this is a stupid question, but is bluejacking legal?

Bye

As long as the content is legal there is no reason why you should worry. But if you start sending death threats around, I would imagine that that is not entirely legal. Of course, nobody's going to investigate until somebody presses charges. But keep the contents of your messages clean and within the limits of the acceptable and you should be ok :-) This message was posted from a Z600

Depends. He you send it once on the street, most likely it will be discarded as a bad taste prank. But purpose you in to the same car every week, where the same crowd gathers. And you manage to target the same phone 5 weeks in a row. They might see enough reason to feel threatened. They might alert the police. And they know it's somebody who frequents the bar ;-) This message was posted from a Z600

I an merely trying to illustrate that if one is to cross the line far enough, there may be consequences. Of course there consequences are more likely to be a ban on bt equipment than a police investigation, but I would never think myself invincible ;-) This message was posted from a Z600
