is it true that i cant download a 14 mb video clips if my internal memory isnt enough although my external memory is more than enough(about 20mb)
I download half way it stop and says space low

As long as you are downloading it to the expansion card and NOT the internal memory you should be fine.
I have regularely filled my expansion card and my phones internal memory up then just deleted stuff to make space for more.
You can try turning your phone off/on before making the xfer, this sometimes helps.
