...If there is a shortcut to the loudspeaker whilst on the phone to hear your caller.. rather then the "Hang on a second - just gotta turn it on..." scenario...

@Opium: I assume you mean how to turn on the hands free loud speaker function, not how to adjust the ordinary loudspeaker volume, right?
