Where does the timestamp in my call register go in my T610? After a day, all I can see is the date for missed calls, dialed and received calls. If I view the call register with floAt's Mobile Agent, I can see the time fine! In older ERICSSON models like the T10, pressing * would toggle between the time and date. Can anyone help?

It would be nice to see both the date and the time. At the same time. Without even pressing the '*' key.

Sometimes I wonder if the mobile phone manufacturers really evaluate the benefits of new features and functions that are added and the drawbacks of old ones that are removed.

Why not just leave good and useful features and functions as they are? Why ever downgrade?

The funny thing is that floAt's Mobile Agent will show you this, when the T610 does not. So the info is locked somewhere in the phone! Do the recent models have this feature back, e.g. T630, K700, Z1010, Z600? I hope my next phone has it...the S700i!

there is another thread about a trick which will show you the time if you really need to know it.

basically it involves changing your phone date to the date shown for the call you are interested in. Once the phones date has been changed your will then see the time instead of the date

I didn't like that in the old T610 either. But you may be happy to know that in the new K700, all call lists have date and time stamps.

What an excuse to upgrade!

Why to use a trick for such a standart function? It should be a standard service. This message was posted from a T630

I don't think anyone is debating what "should be"... but since it isn't, then at least there is a work around
