> T-637 Voice Dial not working properly

When I try to voice dial, it accepts the match but it won't dial, just goes to stand by mode.
If I talk BS, it says it doesn't match any contact (as it should), oh... and as a side note, when I redial, it DOES make the call.
how can I fix it so voice dial, actually DIALS ? lol
help me out please, I'm new to SE
