In England the prices here as follows (Note - not counting special offers, roughly)
Sim Free - Cheapest I have seen is £284, very good
Pay as you go - Not aware that the K700 is on Pay as you go yet (?)
Contract - Not determinable, depends hom many mins etc.
Hope that gives you a rough idea
