help, when i try and open the contacts from the shortcuts bar on flip removed, or evn with the flip on using the jogdial i get a message saying not enuff memory, i have tried turnin on and off but this didnt wrk, i have also tried turnin off and leaving off for a couple off hours but to no avail,,,,, does any 1 have any advice how toovercome this problem

Do a back up to your PC quick!
Then tidy up your phone and store the things you don't really need in there (pcs, videos, ringtones and stuff like that) in your PC for later use.
Your phone is running out of memory and can actually freeze completly. Only way out of it then is SW upgrade and you loose everything you've got in there.
