Hi All, Every Sony ericsson phone I have had allows a snooze function on the recurrent alarm - where you can hit any button and the phone snoozes for 10 minutes. Try the same in the K700i and the alarm stops with a blue dialogue "alarm switched off" - no option for snooze. Strangely enough - the single use alarm has snooze functions??

This is a real pain (especialy the first time when I was 2 hours late for work!!) - does anyone else have the same problem - is it a bug or by design?

Now that you mention it, I think I may have noticed the same. I use it to wake me up every weekday and I normally snooze it about 4 or 5 times before actually getting up.

Hi! you will be the last one in the office too Seriously though - something wrong here. i fired an email off to SE customer Support but got the following brainless reply : (by the way - i am on O2 - perhaps their customisation has something to do with it)

Dear Sir,

Thank you for contacting the Sony Ericsson Customer Care Centre.

With regards to your enquiry,

1. Scroll to [ORGANIZER] > [ALARM] > [RECURRENT ALARM]
2. Enter the time and select the days that you want the alarm recur by scrolling and pressing "check"
3. Press "save" to exit the menu

Mine does not snooze either. It's a branding free unit. Rather irritating. This message was posted from a WAP device

strange though - last night i set the recurrent alarm but changed the alarm signal from the default "greeting" in midi format to "babyy" in Mp3 format - alarm worked this morning and gave me the option to snooze or turn off - I have not changed anything else. See if that works

Why not just get up when the alarm goes off!!!!

@ boosy
4 or 5 snoozes? Thats 40-50minutes! Just set the alarm later!

...technology....
Just like everyone wants the best camera in a phone instead of using a dedicated camera for pictures (mp).
