i did a back up of my phone,i restored it and its come up restarting the phone,and all it keeps doing is restarting coming up sonyericsson then cutting off again,does anyone know what i can do,i cant restart because the phone doesnt load up,please please help

Good thing the back up was done.
Take it to SP and get an upgrade of the SW. Go home and do a new Restore.

Take the phone to the shop where you bought it, explain the problem and they will eighter send it off for repair or do a software upgrade while you wait. Not all shops have the kit for doing upgrades and tell you you'll get your phone back in a week or so. He that is the case for "your" shop I recomend you ask them he there is a shop near by who can do it on the spot.
