Hi anyone had any experience on disassembling the k700?I want to change the k700 front cover,where should I start?

I did it last night .... not too hard ....

first .... remove the battery cover and you will see some hooks in the similar colour as your front cover. Just use you finger nails to move them away from the battery space. And you should use a smallest screw driver to remove the last two hooks in the real corners. After you remove those eight hooks .... u will know still got two hooks joining in both top corners of the phone .... slightly move the cover upward, you should be able to remover the whole cover ... so you r now ready to change with the new one.

Hope my poor england grammer doesn't annoy you too much. Anyway where did you find a brand new cover for the K700i ? I want to find one too ... as I want to change it as well. Do u mind to shard abit of information ?

got a blue one from hong kong.And I trying to change the purple button light by putting some transparent blue paper on it.

And did you start from the bottom?I dunno which hook to start with
