Hi, my upgrades due on t-mobile, so ive started to look at some new phones, the ones which come to mind are the K700 and P900.
Ive been offered the p900 on upgrade for £200 which i think is Okish except they just dont have any in stock!
So i thought about the k700 but they currently dont have it in there range, any of you guys know when the k700 will be out on t-mobile?, it seems they are very slow releasing new phones
Im in 2 minds now if to stay with T-mobile and wait or change to another provider? There only offering me a £100 upgrade discount

Personally i hate T-Mobile, their customer service is a joke, aswel as their phone services.
People moan about O2 and Orange, but IMO they give you superior services (proper mobile email, better RF coverage etc).
Id go with O2, they dont brand their phones as much, and they certainly dont lock them.

Try going to Carphone Warehouse, althought its not released they should be able to sort something out for you. I am on T-Mobile aswell and just bought one sim-free.
I always find T-Mobiles customer service to be excellent

)
I found tmobile crap with reception and they have hardley any good phones, the only thing there good with is there price plans (there pretty cheap compired to the others)!

T-mobile used to one-to-one. one-to-none was more appropriate because they were shit. t-mobile are much better now.
if you want really really f*cking dire, offensive and in every other way awful customer service look at three - i'm surprised they are still in business.

The reason why it takes so long for T-Mobile to release phones is because they do more tests than any other network provider. I completely agree that the service is a shambles and I should know I used to work there!!!

Ah, so if you used to work there, please tell me why T-Mobile dont have proper GPRS support (with my T-mobile sim's i can only use WAP 10p per minute), no mobile email (emails have to be sent as text messages, and people cannot reply to me) and when i receive an MMS message, i have to view it on the T-mobile website (from a computer) within 3 days of receiving it, and i can only view it once, and cannot download it.
Also, why dont T-Mobile reply when you email their customer services ? I emailed them about January.. still waiting.
