Sorry if this has already been posted, but I thought you guys should know, because my box says 32MB, and yet on the phone i have 40+mb

all the early boxes say 32mb and all phones have 41mb. I noted this in my review a couple of weeks ago as did others and
this thread is all about it too.
I'm sure when the initial batch has been sold the box will have been updated
perhaps we have a collectors item

That's exactly what I was thinking today. It would be interesting to see if in the future people pay more for an original "32MB Box"
I'll keep hold of mine till we find out
