> K700 on Orange Keypad light

Hi guys,
Have just got a K700 on orange Uk and strangely there seems to be no lighting behind the kepad.. IE it does not light up the Numbers on the keys..has the K700 got a keypad backlight?(i would doubt it has,nt).Do you think Ive got a faulty handset?Just to be on the safe side I have reported it to orange and they are sending me out a new one tommorrow,Just thought I ask to see if anybody else has had this issue.I have tried all the lighting/screen options but nothing works.screens is ok though???.What do you think?

I have my k700 on 02 and my keypad doesn't specifically have lights either. but the keys do sort of light up...

Yeah ,But does yours have a glow behind the keys? mine has nothing not a glimmer,got to be a dud?not just an orange "customisation" ;-0

I dont own it but a friends k700 has keylights. It must be an orange customisation. Is the key glow orange;-)

My K700 on Orange has key back lights- the softkeys are slightly brighter than the number keys. . . . . oh, and battery life is dire!
