today i asked the man if he could put generic firmware on my K700 he went to the back and asked the technician and said it cant be done!
he then told me to f**k off under his breath this upset me.
Can i not get the generic firmware on to my K700?

Seriously, go back in there. Ask for his name and head office's address. There is no way I would talk to anybody like that whilst I was at work - even worse to their face almost. Don't let them get away with it.

My main concern was can i get generic firmware on to a K700? I was not to bothered being sworn at i am quite used to it.
