I realise I might be jumpingthe gun with this but I thought I'd ask anyway...
Got my K700 delivered this morning. Had a play with it for half an hour before dashing back to work. Plugged it in and started it up, went through the wizard ok, all working fine. My SIM is inactive though while my number ports, so I couldnt test calls. I wanted to check the media player but I couldn't get any sounds/videos/ringtones to play. They would play, but no sound would come out.
Is this related to the SIM? I haven't changed any profile or volume settings. I did get sound from the startup video, and if I turn on key-press beeps they work. Just nothing else.
It's an unbranded/unlocked K700. Any thoughts?
