1. No, but you can buy an add-on flash.
2 the difference in the screen is that 630 has a TFT whereas 610 only has an STN
3. Havent really used 'My Friends' b4, but from what i can gather its just used as a shortcut menu so you can call and txt your 'favourite' ten contacts.
