Just reading the manual and it says:
"The following are supported by the Media Player: MP3, MP4, 3GP and WAV (with 16kHz as maximum sample rate)"
So what setting do I use to record a CD track to MP3, I don't have any kHz settings, just Kbps?
Any ideas...?

kHz is the frequency
kbps is the bit rate.
Two different things. What program are u using to encode the MP3?

You don't need to worry if your creating a MP3, as that 16kHz maximum sample rate rule is only for WAV files

I could'nt use a wave file for some reason! Had to convert it to mp3 to work, strange!

But the MP3 trackthat I have made earlier from a CD sounds dodgy. (Bit Jumpy, little click etc..)
Would that not be somthing to do with the sample rate as it was copied?

@joebmc Was it because the WAV file was perhaps over the 16kHz maximum sample rate???
@Night-Time Dunno, what is the sample rate you have done it in, you need about 44kHz sample rate and at least 128kbps bit rate for fairly good quality

Don't know about that. I just use the program 'Musicmatch' to record a track off one of my CD's onto my pc which then becomes an MP3. I then send that full track to my phone via bluetooth. Sounds great
