jus got a k700 on o2 online, well appy. jus one prob, when i add a picture to a contact it does not seem to work. the picture never appears when the person rings. can anyone help?

Does the number of the incoming call register as it is suppose to? Do the phone show the name of the caller (is in your phonebook)?

I'm sure this is what you did already but I don't know why it shouldn't work. Perhaps only certain types or sizes of picture, anyone know about this?
It is also possible to set an animation for this

the name of the person calling is displayed, but no pic. however, when tht person sends a sms text message the pic is displayed. very strange.

is the phone full of the o2 crap or is it a clear one ?
as if it has a load of the crap in it they may have removed that function some how
but remove the pic and put it back again and then see
