I can't find anything about the K700's speakerphone in the manual. How do I turn it on.
I have done a search but had no results.
Or am I being a complete twit?

Thanks for the quick answer, Masseur.
Am I mad or is this instruction missing from the manual

it does appear to be missing from the manual, even from the latest downloadable manual, but I guess the in call options was a likely place to find it
I would like a shortcut key for it though as its a pain to ask the caller to hang on while you press the joystick in and scroll down to find the option and select it

Is it possible to set the speaker ON by default? It would be handy to do this every time I get in the car so I don't have to press more buttons while driving!

Yeah, but a decent car kit is really expensive, and this would be a really handy feature, and one that should be easy to implement.

unfortunately there is no setting available for the speaker to be always on.
I no longer use car kits as bluetooth headsets are so much cheaper these days and you have the added advantage that you can use them away from the car

The bad thing about the speaker feature during a call is that you can only activate that feature when the called person has actually answered to you call... Not very handy!!! In my P900, I can activate the speaker just after dialing the number...
SE, please read forums and update the firmware!!!
