Within the past 2-4 days my P800 ALWAYS crashes when i go to find a ringtone in sounds + alerts. When i click find tone the screen freezes for a second and then switches itself off then displays the '10 second reset' thingy....
Any ideas?
Pity i got the phone off ebay, no warranty....

Have you tried doing a master reset?. do a back up to your PC first(Remember that this will erase all your user installed apps unless you untick the little box first). If that don't work you should have the FW updated that should cure it if the master reset don't.

Quite a strange problem, anyways as widowmaker said master reset is worth a try, or else take it down to ur service centre.
