Now, normally i hate tennis, its such a boring game for me watching people 'attempt' to hit a small ball back and forth over a net and fault or fail each time. I find it more fun watching Tim Henman fail each year miserably knowing he'll probably never win Wimbledon.
However i just watched the Sereena Williams V Maria Sharapova match and i actually enjoyed it !
Well done to that hot 17 year old Russian girl. Now she may be a little young for an old 26 year old guy like me, but having something pretty to look at encourages me to watch more. Well done !

same here. he carries all the hopes of the english tennis nation but u know hes never gonna win

Its pathetic listening to Sue Barker going on about it being Tim's year, every year... and gets knocked out in dramatic fashion every time.
He should stick to the Aerial washing powder ads.

i just watched the women's final myself. i was expecting a similar scoreline but the other way around. good on sharipova for defeating the younger williams "brother". i always enjoy seeing somebody different win these things (unless they're playing an aussie of course!)

! Up till now, I am very convinced that Mauresmo is not a lady but a transverstite (or what have you)
Very manly face and has the strength of 3 horses when hitting the ball with 'his' tennis racquet
Though the finals, will coincide with F1's race in France this weekend. I hope that Sharapova wins - it's always been the Williams sisters whose getting the top post/price
