i am unable to edit pics(large 288x352) in my t610 i can only edit the small ones(120x160) is this happen in all t610?

yes, because you edit at the pixel level you can only edit the small pics on the phone as they fit within the pixel size of the display

You can only edit those big pics on PC. As masseur said, you can only edit the small pics on your phone, so transfer it to your PC and edit it there.
