I think i have the strangest p900 story

Today i went to visit my friend at work he works in a factory which has a massive freezer. I was in the freezer with him and my p900 slipped from my jacket pocket in to the freezer. It was a very big freezer used for storing animal's (dead ones not live ones) And my p900 fell in between two frozen cow's. I could not reach in and get it it was too dangerous. My friend called for the guy in charge of that department to get the crane in to lift the cows but it took 40 minutes to find the guy. He was eating lunch eventually an hour and half later i get my p900 back.

The thing is its as you'd imagine freezing cold (-25c) wish p900 had thermometers in them any how the phone had slowed to a snails pace and everything was blurred but came in to focus after a second or so after each new screen you enter and their was a delay when you push a button. Also the battery had gone to 8% and it was at around 80 - 90 prior the incident.

My question is have i sustained long term damage to my phone?

If you took it out into a warmer environment then some moisture from the air could have condensed inside the phone, but apart from that I cant think of any irreversible damage cold could do, maybe something to the liquid in the screen... Should be ok though.

check then manual specs for the operating temperature's (min/max). im not technical with batteries but, i think the speed of the phone could be slowed down at low temps, and with a cold battery, currents are slower?... anyway. extreme heat is 100x worse than extreme cold This message was posted from a P900

The P900 manual says -15C..+55C operating temperature. With the battery still going warming the phone and knowing semiconductors like it cold I would say your phone is fine. Only would need to worry about possible condensation. Should be minor or nonexisting.
