I am not sure if anyone heard of this in here but here is some info on how you can make your own voice ringers.
Get this app at myPhoneFiles.com and use any audio source to create and send voice ringers to your phone straight from the computer. You can use audio CDs, MP3, WAV and other files, or record own voice (through mic). Make sure you test your phone first on the test page there.
