Hi, good afternoon.
I bought this mobile 5 days ago, with Virgin. Just yesterday I went to a shop to unlock it. Since then it doesn't work fine. It takes it to long the network searching when turn it on, and before it begins to search it's 5-6 seconds with the screen totally plain, only the light.
My question is what if I make it the Master Reset? I don't know if when I make the Master Reset the mobile will get locked again, as when I bought it the first day.
