Well...due to bugs I have really messed up my k700.
It was running slowly, especially when going into the missed calls etc, so I tried a master reset. Before I did it, I backed up the files on the PC that I could.
1) After the reset, I copied all of the files back to the phone. Instead of the phone ignoring over-writes, IT RENAMES THE INTERNAL FILES with a _(1) on it. Even if you do a master reset afterwards, the files are still permanently renamed on the phone. As a result, even the default theme no longer gets set after a restart.
2) I have kept the tennis game, but lost the darts and water ride game. Can some kind soul provide the .sis for these?
The bugs in this phone are really starting to get to me.

the games should be on the se wap site so you can download them again also i beleive they are .jar not .sis which if for symbian phones (smartphones) not the k700
if you cant find the games there (which should be) try using the serach on here some one set up a post with all the things that came with the k700 so people could re download if they ever got lost or deleted

I sent it back today and should have a new one at the end of the week. They were very good about the whole thing and said I was not alone.
