> K700 Does have a Red LED
Bookmark topic
Woke up this morning only to notice a read LED flashin on the top of my K700... I've done a search but there's no mention of this on esato that i can find (searched for - K700 red led). The LED is in the power button and seems to flash when the battery is very low!
So now people can stop moaning that their k700 have no LEDs

Yes. It works like the X6X0 series led. It is at the center of the joystic and flashes when battery is low.

I have seen the red light and I'm very happy that at least we do have some illumination other than the display on the K700, but aint no substitute for the flashing green heartbeat.

You are right... I miss the blinkin Green... It's a pity the stuffed it up on the P900 tho. Yeah it had blinkin led's, but they didn't blink quicker when you had a msg or missed call.... Not like the T68i....

I just wished that my stolen t610 had a blue led for bluetooth. But anyway, my present t230 has on leds at all. Short question. K700 is made of plastic or aluminium? And is the menu and texting faster than t610? Not to mention my T230 because it is veery slow at all there things.

Think it's about 50/50 it looks mainly alloy... but i think it's half plastic..
The textin is fine. Haven't seen any of the problems i saw on the T610(havin to wait for the phone to catch up). But it'll be interestin to see what changes after a couple of fw updates!

@burgaz that led has nothing to do with the led we are seeking for. had it on t610, now on t630, thats a joke imho.

its not just that its hardly visible, its for no use. i see when the battery is almost empty and there is a warning signal aswell. on the " normal " led, that was visible, if it was the case.
