Housing is relatively new, i had the entire housing replaced both front and rear (Silver part and front cover by semicon) except the antenna and flip around May'04 and installed a screen protector.
comes with box & manual, the cd is broken though, but still intact. I can burn you a copy of the sync files for the PC. also a generic desktop charger
Selling it at 5k ... willing to swap with other cellphones, provided that its either no or very minimal cash out on my part.
