> K700 - Ringtone volume always on highest!

Hey,
I got my new K700 phone this weekend, but I can't seem to lower the ringtone volume! I'm using the "Office" profile, and I've set the volume at 3. But everytime I get a call, it's really loud! Much louder than it sounded when I chose the volume... Any ideas as to what this might be? It's happening with all the ringtones I've tried.
