Can anyone help me?

I'm trying to get smartmovie converter to size files correctly for fullscreen viewing on the P900. I'm using the screen crop mode - full but it's just not working, there are these 2 black bars on either side of the screen. it's really annoying. Can someone tell me how to sort this out? I've tried using DivX instead and I can set the resolution correctly but the speed of the playback isn't good and the audio is out of sync.

Any suggestions?

Ok use mpegable and follow this guide, I have tried them ALL and I think this works best.

Yes but I found that I got smoother results with the other...
