In my T630 phone, I can’t seem to transfer files from my mobile to PC. I have paired the 2 devices together and whenever I enable Bluetooth connection, it won’t allow me to send via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth is written in light grey meaning I can’t enable it.
Also, What software do I need on my PC to be able to receive my files from my mobile to PC. It’s my phonebook details that I want to transfer across to my PC and images.

Don't the devices need to be paired first of all?

I have a similar problem with my T616. My phone doesn't like sending files to my computer, but my computer is happy to retrieve files from my phone. I generally have the best luck when setting up a bluetooth serial port with my phone. Then you can use just about any program to browse your phone. I use the latest version of Float's Mobile Agent. You can use it to send files to the phone, browse files on the phone and backup phonebook data.
you can find it here
