guys, i just got a nokia 7600 as a gift, so i thought id compare the camera between it and my K700i, and boy did my baby (K700) dissapoint me.
maybe the k700s pictures are a bit sharper sometimes but quailty and colour richness is way lower.
please post your opinions on this matter, thanks

My K700's camera is not as good as my E700's either, but better than T610 (which wouldn't take much!). As far as cameras are concerned, I have never rated SE cameras compared to Nokia or Samsung ones. Pity since SE phones are generally better in most other ways!

I've ordered the K700 just 'cos it had a flash, and its always in dingy night clubs where you want to get that great piccy of the fit chick from work and you can't 'cos its too dark!

Are you sure? My K700 takes better photos than my friend's 6600.
In fact, it captures richer colors.

Yeah Amras. I wonder too, cause as far as I have seen, the K700i has a wonderful camera and that old Samsung E700 does not compare. Either you guys can't take proper shots or your handset is faulty. Those sceptics please look at the "Post Pictures (and Videos) Taken With Your K700" thread. Some wonderful pictures there with great quality and comparisons with the 7610 too shows the K700i's camera is close or just as good.

Ive compared my K700 to pictures by other camera phones including the E700, V600 and 7600 and the K700 always seemed to win hands down in sharpness, quality and colour depth.
