> Selling contract phones

Hi. Does anyone know the legalities of selling a contract phone. I signed up to Orange Pay Monthly from Just Talk on Saturday and they gave me a free Sagem Myx-7 handset. I already have a Sony Ericsson P900 so don't need this phone. Can I sell it? If I do sell it and someone registers a new contract with it, is Orange likely to come banging on my door asking for the cost of the handset?
