I am not sure if this is an old post but my P900 is having problems in creating text messages. There were times when I replied or created a text message, the alphabets options were missing. All the keys are displaying numbers. It seems that the keys have been set to numeric lock. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Do I need a software upgade?

If you have installed new software or just messed enogh around in the memory you might just need to turn your P900 off and on so hte memory can "reboot" , also if you install Sman , remember to put it on the internal memory..! Congratulations with your new P900 ! This message was posted from a P900

go to control panel select text input then in Primary input method select CICs JotPro and in Alternative input method select virtual keyboard standard and in flip closed mode select multi tap with T9 and then click done before closing the flip

i've had this problem a couple of times where the P900 runs out of memory and closes the text entry program to free up more memory...like the previous guy said i have to close an application and then restart the text entry thingy in the Control Panel
