Is there any way to clear the cache without disconnecting the wap access? My last posts or pms are always displayed, after writing a long one have to clear cache to avoid deleting with c, takes long time. On r520 i can continue browsing while clearing it, unfortunately the t6 series havent got this feature. Any ideas? Tia This message was posted from a T630

Unfortunately it's not possible. It's not even possible to have the cache cleared automatically when closing the browser or at a specific time like with Internet Explorer. I always wanted a feature that cleares the cache when closing the browser; honestly I don't know why they don't implement it since they even recommend you to clear the cache from time to time.

Yes, i thought there is no solution, but i hoped for a wonder. Weird, that 4 years ago some ppl made thoughts of such tiny things aswell. I dont think that its very effective to disconnect constantly the connection. This message was posted from a T630

Just one question. Do you have the resume option? 'Cos it is in my T300 and by brother doesn't have it in his Z600 and I know, that it wasn't since T610. T630 have it or is it in K700 again? It's a great function, when you must clear the cache, you press resume and you are, where you last been. Now you must make bookmark before it and it's not so great.

But it should temporarily override the cache files and load the page just as if there were no such files. I use that function all the time and it works fine. It's possible it doesn't work with forms though - never tried that.

Yes, on that way it works for me too, but if i have more pms from different persons and i wish to answer them one by one after each other, i have to disconnect. Dont wanna browse just for fun to clear the cache. This message was posted from a T630

As I said, I just don't get it why they don't put in an option to turn off the cache function completely.

There should be three new options: 1) Clear the cache when closing browser 2) Clear the cache at specific time 3) Disable cache

Ever since the T68 I was hoping they would introduce these three functions.

Indeed, it should be a must for such fone. The reload is for no use for me. This message was posted from a T630
