I've downloaded to film trailers both in .mov format. Why can't I get SmartMovie converter to open them? I've installed the KLite codec pack, Ffdshow and 3ivx. I think I've installed them anyway!! They're in my program files.
The converter keeps saying "Cannot open video file .mov. Please make sure you have installed DirectShow codecs for this file type" Am I being thick??!! It's all registered, no demos.

Thanks for your help

Quicktime IS supported in Smartmovie. You just must make sure you have the latest ffdshow codec (20040709) and have Quicktime Registered. PM me for the keygen.
