I'm wondering what the range of the light in the K700 is. I'm thinking about when I take pictures indoors at a party or similar. Would the light stretch to three metres, four metres?

The word from SE is that the light is designed to work up to 30cm.
Basically, its meant for taking pictures of people in the dark stood next to you.
On mine, it will light a small room up when on, but the picture comes out very grainy on objects further than 1m away. Which isnt a bad thing.
