Can it be done? I wanna 30 second WAV file from a MP3 file, but I dont want it over 75kb! Any help?!?

I use MP3DirectCut (or MP3DirectEdit, can't remember the name)

I cut MP3s to smaller MP3s, but I'm pretty sure it will do WAVs, and it's very easy to use

i use dbpoweramp to convert mp3 to wav. Downloadable via net forgot the url though) Use google to search. Lets you trim down output wav files...mail me, i got a copy
