don't you feel that it look a bit like Sony T series DC?

To me it look like DSC-T11....when in term of phone, it also look a bit like Z500 which will be launch in USA by end of the year

OVERALL...its Sooooo pretty and cool

nope....

ya this is another special issue for SE.

Symbian only have two type of interface (UI) as I read in an article today. It's either the Series 60 from Nokia or UIQ which is consider open source (use in SE, BenQ smartphone)

I don't think any SE dev team are allowed to use Series60 UI right?
Especially their recent drive to prevent Nokia owning 60% of symbian which they suceed in doing so

The features in this AU phone is not any typical for other CDMA network since it seem to be customized for japanese only. If not mistaken, this is a CDMA1X phone.

sorry hehe just now get carry away and forgot to give the actual answer....Nope..its not symbian.

BTW it is not a GSM phone non a CDMA phone tht let you use it regardless of network provider.

All we should hope is SE quickly convert this phone to a GSM version
especially on the large screen (S700 also 2.3in but its not clam shell) and the cool changable cover. There have a huge collection which is better than what Z600 or Z200 is having.

its not a remote.....its a Sony...no no haha SonyEricsson.

The design look just like DSC-T11 as the more I look at it, the more they look like brothers.

The first picture shows the changable plate is semi transparent...tht's one of the special casing SonyEricson will sell in Japan...donno what's the name of the series as again I am no japanese.

After I browse thru the whole homepage for Japan SE....I would say if they can get all those design converted to GSM by end of the year. Nokia will have a hard time to penetrate Clam Shell market.
