> What's the last word on Runtime Error?

I've seen a lot of queries but no definitive answer on the problem of Runtime Error, which has been recurring with the P900 and P800. When this error message appears it is impossible to syncronise the phone and the computer. I understand this is a PC problem, not a phone problem, but has anyone resolved this and how?
